RETURNS
Returns accepted for any reason within 30 days of receipt. No restocking fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
To return an item, your item must be unused and sent in the original packaging. Email info@shtfbelt.com with your name, order number, and add "Returns" to the subject line in order to receive your RMA#. Please allow up to 10 days for refund processing time once your return is received.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, your item must be unused, in new condition, and received in the original packaging. Email info@shtfbelt.com with your name, order number, and add "Exchange" to the subject line. Credit toward exchanges must be used within 30 days of issuance. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
